Adventures always seemed a step out of reach. Until we met. Now we live them. Capturing the moments of life’s adventure - the wisps of magic that tell a hint of a story, but create a memory that lasts for a lifetime.

 

We built our studio on a shared passion for art and adventure and weave our everyday experiences into our illustrations and storytelling. We never know where our days are going to go, and you might find us working in our studio, out on a lake in our kayaks, climbing a mountain with our daughters, or sitting under a tree listening to the birds sing. 

 

Currently, we are knee-deep in the World of Windstone, combining our art and storytelling to create a magical world full of adventure and loads of interesting folks to meet. There are so many stories to tell, so many characters in our heads, and we are getting them down as fast as we can. We are always escalating, and we never know what road we’ll go down next.

Melissa's art comes from her strengths. She can see through any storm right to the heart, and at the same time be as gentle as falling rain. Her laugh will shake the heavens, and her tears flood the desert.

Ryan leads with his heart, his head comes last. There is a true path to every journey and Ryan doesn't stop until he finds it. He gets lost in worlds and when his feet land on the earth long enough he puts those ideas down on paper.
